USA Television Network is building relationships with qualified producers, media organizations, community publishers, businesses, and regional operators. Opportunities may include program distribution, content contribution, local production, advertising representation, state or market affiliation, and licensed channel operation, subject to review and written agreement.

  • Program contributor — Submits individual licensed stories or episodes for review.

  • Production partner — Produces approved content for a state, city, or topic.

  • Promotional or distribution affiliate — Helps distribute or promote approved network programming.

  • Advertising representative — Develops local sponsor relationships under written standards.

  • Licensed state or market operator — May operate an approved branded channel under a formal license and brand standards.

  • Future franchise opportunity — Considered only after specialized franchise counsel reviews structure and disclosure compliance.

USA Television Network is a developing national television and digital media platform created to connect compelling national programming with the people, places, businesses, and communities that make every state distinctive. Our programming vision includes news and public affairs, original series, entertainment, business, wellness, sports, travel, documentaries, family programming, and community features.

The network is being designed for responsible expansion through owned programming, independent producers, content relationships, and qualified state or local market partners. USA Television Network is privately operated and is not a government agency.

Editorial standards

Accuracy and source verification, clear separation of news, opinion, advertising and entertainment, published corrections when material errors are confirmed, and respect for privacy and applicable recording laws.

Copyright and programming rights

Only owned, licensed, authorized, or confirmed public-domain material is published. Appearance, location, music, and clip licenses are required as applicable, and a rights record is kept for every program and episode.

AI transparency

Synthetic video, recreated audio, or AI-assisted presentation is disclosed where it could reasonably mislead viewers. All AI-assisted material receives human review. Reporters, interviews, and events are never fabricated.

Advertising standards

Paid and sponsored material is labeled clearly. Editorial coverage is never guaranteed in exchange for payment, and health, financial, legal, environmental, and performance claims require substantiation.
